  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Exchange items that have been opened, altered and/or worn in anyway. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

     

    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    World Wide Hair offers no refunds on returned merchandise, only replacements or credits toward the next purchase. Merchandise should be inspected
    immediately upon receipt for damage or defect; if found in such condition it must be returned within thirty 12 working days of receipt. After thirty (30) days, the purchase becomes the responsibility of the retailer. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original tags. Some sale and promotional items may be non returnable. Any piece that has been cut, colored, permed or altered in any way is non-refundable and non-returnable.

    There are no cash refunds on Custom Wigs, Integration Units, Lace Front Wigs, Lace Frontals or Hair Extensions.

    All custom pieces take 30 days to produce. If you decide you do not want the Custom Unit, you will forfeit your deposit.

    Once the Custom Wigs, Integration Units, Lace Front Wigs, Lace Frontals or Hair Extensions, are ordered, I will notify you when your product arrives. You have 12 days after being notified to pick up your piece or it will be returned to the manufacturer and you will loose your deposit.

    • Shipping days/ Hours of operation:
    Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day before and after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (i.e. all government observed holidays due to the post office being closed). Because of adverse weather conditions.
    • Shipping Rates:
    o Ground Shipping (US Only)
    Ground Shipping will take 5-7 days to arrive at you doorstep. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier.
    o Express 2nd Day Shipping (US Only) Priority shipping will takes 2 business days to arrive at your door. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier.
    o Express Next Day Shipping ( US Only)
    Express Next Day shipping will take 1 business day to arrive at your door, to most US areas. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier. If item is out of stock, no worries it will be shipped express Next Day when it becomes available.
    o International shipping
    International shipping is $65 to all other countries outside the US. We ship UPS International Global Express mail (5-10 days), with tracking number, and insurance. Delivery is Monday - Friday.

    Therefore, we ask our customers to verify and double check your orders before submitting.

    If you wish to send back the merchandise for an exchange by mail, please take the package to a local post office or USPS office and return the package to the address shown. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Send a copy of the receipt when returning. We will not exchange or a store credit without a receipt.

    To receive your exchanged item, we must receive your purchased merchandise first, before we can send out the exchange.

    Please remember packages may be delayed on such holidays New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Holidays, and Christmas Day. Packages may also be delayed because of adverse weather conditions.

    At this time, World Wide Hair Imports ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, World Wide Hair Imports ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. World Wide Hair Imports is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Return Policy

  • RETURN POLICY FOR THE INTERNET

    There is no cash refund on Custom Wigs, Integration Pieces Lace Front Wigs, Lace Frontals, Indian Remy Hair.

    No Refunds. Exchange or Merchandise Credit on original order if item is sent back within 7 business days in EXACTLY the same condition and packaging (all returns must have a RA# that we assigned or the package will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Merchandise credits are good for one full year from date of issue. If the order is returned for personal reasons you will be charged a 15% restocking fee (i.e. don't like style, want a different unit, don't like color) if you change anything from the original order you will be charged the restocking fee plus incur shipping charges. If we allow you to cancel an order before it has shipped there will be a 25% restocking fee. Expect delivery of all Lace Front Units (except custom orders) within 3-15 business days. Once your unit is ready (stock items) it will ship by the shipping method selected at check out.

  • VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.
